The Barbados GIP was a fantastic trip and a great learning experience on environmental and financial sustainability. Thank you all for participating, and a special thanks to the local organizers.

This Global Immersion Program(GIP)  has been one of my favorite Wharton experiences thus far and the cultural immersion into the Bajan culture was second to none! 

Kaila Cage and Jalen were incredible hosts – we had an amazing time learning from local government officials, entrepreneurs, regulatory officials, economists, etc.

Absolutely awesome experience with Kaila – she did a great job of putting together a great itinerary and we loved our time there!

Kaila was truly so on top of everything she did a fantastic job. and was organized.

The West Indies tour and keynote from the PHD researcher was incredible, learning about their efforts to combat sargassum and what Barbados is doing to keep sustainability at the forefront was inspiring and educational

The activities were the perfect balance of fun, educational, and culturally relevant.

The welcome reception was amazing and the hotel was perfect with super nice staff and the daily cleaning was great – very comfortable!

The cocktail making class was super fun at Mount Gay!
